Every order is dispatched with DPD International within 24 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and Polish public holidays). Once it's on its way, here's what to expect by destination:
Delivery windows are in business days and start once the parcel leaves our warehouse. They're typical estimates from DPD, not guarantees, and can vary slightly during peak periods or local customs checks.

Within 24 hours of being placed, excluding Sundays and Polish public holidays. For a time-sensitive order, place it as early in the day as possible.
Do you deliver to my country?
Almost certainly — we ship to 190+ countries with DPD International. Available methods and the exact cost appear at checkout once you enter your address. If your country isn't offered there, email sales@sacraebeauty.com and we'll check what's possible.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on all orders over €150, applied automatically at checkout. Below that, rates start around €6 within Central & Eastern Europe, €8 across the rest of Europe, and €12 internationally.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's rules. Where they do, they're set and collected by your local customs authority or courier — not by Sacrae — and aren't included in your order total. If unsure, your local customs office can confirm before you order.
My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Tracking can pause for a day or two between scans, especially in transit or customs. If it's been longer or something looks off, email sales@sacraebeauty.com with your order number and we'll chase it with DPD and update you.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us your order number and the correct address as soon as possible and we'll update it. Once the parcel is with the courier, changes may no longer be possible.
