No returns or refunds — here's why
At Sacrae Beauty, we specialise in high-quality cosmetics, personal care products, and hair accessories. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of these items, all sales are final.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery (Article 16(e))
- Goods that are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
Cosmetics, personal care products, and hair accessories fall under this exemption. Once dispatched, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Your statutory rights remain fully protected. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under EU law. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@sacraebeauty.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or full refund.
Order cancellations
You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided the items have not yet been dispatched. Once your parcel has been handed to our courier, cancellation is no longer possible under the hygiene exemption described above.
